Blokland delivers a new propeller shaft system for 42m MY Zanouba

Last April Blokland delivered a new propeller shaft system for 42m MY Zanouba. MY Zanouba has been built in 1944 as a tugboat and will be converted to a pleasure yacht.

She will be equipped with a new Volvo Penta engine and a new Twin Disc gearbox. We have been able to supply our EasyStern water lubricated propeller shaft system in combination with our AxiSeal mechanical shaft seal. The total shaft length is around 13m and has been divided into a propeller shaft and an intermediate shaft. We are grateful for Simrishamns Varv AB giving us this opportunity.
