Blokland provides enhanced cooling efficiency in an Adidic environment

Titanium is known for it’s corrosion resistance in very demanding environments. Boxcoolers are well known for providing energy efficiency for engine cooling systems. Blokland has combined these two advantages by designing and manufacturing the titanium boxcoolers for the fully customised cutter dredger Brolga 1, which Damen Dredging Equipment has recently delivered to ERA Energy Resources of Australia (see also: Customised Damen CSD500 on transport to Australia).

Blokland is very proud to be part of this project and  has not only supplied these high quality, corrosion resistant and isolated boxcoolers, but has also provided corrosion consultancy services for this complex project, by designing the cathodic protection system and assisting in material selection for the dredging equipment.
